Earlier in her career, Terra gained extensive experience in accounting operations and tax services through various roles, including Director of Accounting Operations and Loan Accountant. She successfully optimized complex reconciliation processes, implemented automated systems, and contributed to key corporate initiatives, such as lease accounting standard compliance and vendor management. As a Tax and Accounting Expert, she launched her own consultancy, delivering fractional CFO services and supporting small businesses with strategic financial insights. With a track record of driving impactful results and fostering cross-functional collaboration, Terra is a recognized leader known for her ability to improve organizational efficiency, build high-performing teams, and contribute to long-term business success.
Terra holds a Master of Science in Taxation, Cum Laude, from William Howard Taft University and a Bachelor of Science in Accounting, Cum Laude, from Indiana Wesleyan University. She also earned her Enrolled Agent License with the Internal Revenue Service in September of 2025. A dedicated lifelong learner and leadership advocate, Terra completed the Leadership Louisville Class of 2025, the Gettysburg Leadership Experience, and Rapport Leadership Breakthrough Training. She serves on several boards and committees, including the Amazon Business Customer Advisory Board and Blueprint 502, and is an active finance leader within her local community.
